RETURN POLICY

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the order date and, must have a return approval to be processed for refund. All returned items must be unwashed and with the original tags attached.

  • Sale items may be returned for store credit only.
  • Mystery Bags are final sale and not returnable.
  • Please contact Customer Care if you have received a damaged item or, have a question about your return.


    HOW TO SEND BACK YOUR RETURN
    • Visit beyondyoga.com, log into My Orders under your account.
    • Choose “Return Items” on the order you wish to return and select your return preference.
    • Review return request and submit.
    • Return request confirmation page will appear and you will receive an email with your return shipping label and return packing slip attached.
    • Print the return shipping label (attached to the email).
    • Pack your item(s) with the return packing slip. Then affix the return shipping label to the box.
    • For a faster return, drop off your package at Fedex or you can drop off at any USPS location.

    INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

    International returns and, returns from Alaska or Hawaii do not qualify for free return shipping. Please use any shipping method most convenient for you and return your shipment to the address below.

    STORE RETURN POLICY

    Beyond Yoga cannot accept returns for items purchased from a retail location. Purchases from a retailer must be returned to that location and are subject to the locations return policy.
