Made in the U.S.A. - Helping Moms Everywhere We design clothing with every woman's body in mind, empowering women of all shapes and sizes to feel their best and live to their fullest potential. We believe in giving back and supporting women. With this in mind, Beyond Yoga has created Moms for Moms®, a charity initiative to launch alongside Beyond the Bump, our comfortable and supportive maternity collection. Each season, Beyond Yoga is partnering with a worthy organization to help and support underprivileged mothers-to-be. For every Beyond the Bump item purchased on beyondyoga.com or at supporting retailers, the brand will make a monetary contribution to help expectant mothers in need. Together we can effect a generation, together we can make a difference - one growing belly at a time.

Beyond Yoga is honored to partner with Midwives for Haiti, an organization working to reduce infant and maternal mortality rates in Haiti. Each Beyond the Bump item purchased results in a direct contribution to the prenatal care of an expectant mother in Haiti. Mom's for Mom's has donated over $10,000 towards prenatal care though our partnership with Midwives for Haiti, and impacted over 10,000 prenatal visits.
Why Midwives for Haiti? With a population of 10 million, Haiti is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. Due to geographic remoteness and socioeconomic status, many mothers in Haiti do not receive the care they require. Only about 25% of births in Haiti are attended by a skilled provider. As a result, Haiti is the most dangerous country in the Western Hemisphere to give birth. Most of these maternal deaths are caused by eclampsia, sepsis, and postpartum hemorrhage (bleeding). In other words, most of these deaths are preventable. With 1 in every 14, Haiti also has the highest rates of infant and under-five mortality in the Western Hemisphere. Children who have lost their mothers are up to 10x more likely to die prematurely than those who have not.
Globally, ten million infants and children die each year before their fifth birthday; 99% of these deaths occur in developing nations.
