INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders will ship via DHL Express. Any duties imposed by the buyer's country will be calculated and collected at checkout prior to placing the order. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original estimated delivery time.

US DOMESTIC ORDERS

* Orders received before 12pm PST usually leave our warehouse the same day. FedEx delivers Monday-Friday. Arrival times may vary depending on your location.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you refuse a shipment from Beyond Yoga, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to Beyond Yoga. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

SHORT ORDERS

Inventory may be subject to availability. Inventory shortages will be reflected on your order status within 3 business days of initial order. During high volume periods, order processing may be delayed. This includes sales and special holidays. If an item on order is no longer available, this item will be removed from your order and a refund will be placed to your account. In this instance you will receive an email indicating the removed style and refund amount. All other items will be maintained and shipped based on standard shipping terms.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us and we care about how your information is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection and may be opened by customs authorities.

We provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as description, to our international carriers. Order information provided by Beyond Yoga may be communicated by the shipping carrier and to customs authorities in order to facilitate clearance and comply with local laws.
