Recipe: Summer Salad

Ingredients:

Salad

1 head of lettuce, chopped
1 zucchini, spiralized  
1 container blueberries
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup sunflower greens
1 avocado, chopped
5 baby carrots, chopped
5 baby radishes, chopped
¼ cup sunflower seeds 

Dressing 

¼ cup mustard
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. almond butter
Water as needed

Directions:

Place all chopped and spiralized vegetables in a large bowl and toss well. Make the dressing by mixing all ingredients together in a small bowl. Add water as needed.  Pour dressing over salad and serve with salt and pepper.
