Rose is high in vitamin C and minerals, plus a potent dose of vitamin A, which is known for healing and promoting skin health. It also boosts the immune system, opens the heart and beautifies the spirit.
Uses: A tea that consists of dried rose petals can be sipped on before bed to help promote sleep by regulating hormonal activity, reducing inflammation and easing stress. It can also rebalance the gut flora, and relieve bloating and fluid retention.

The sweet, floral flavors of cardamom make it a perfect addition to any tea or warm beverage. It is nutrient dense, full of vitamins and helps to boosts circulation in the body. Cardamom also helps to reduce skin irritations and heals respiratory issues while detoxing the body and improving digestion.
Uses: Cardamom aids in heart health, specifically hypertension, due to its high amounts of potassium that work as a vasodilator to reduce strain on the heart, veins, and arteries. The iron content in cardamom supports circulation in the body, creating more red blood cells that will oxygenate the skin, increase organ function and boost overall health.
