SHIPPING
Orders placed by 2 p.m. Monday through Friday Pacific Time are usually processed the same day. Most orders ship within 2 business days. During heavy order volume periods (sales, holidays, etc.) order processing time may be delayed. Please allow up to 7 business days for UPS ground deliveries after processing. Inventory may be subject to availability. Orders with backorders and inventory shortages will be contacted within 3 business days of initial order. If an inventory resolution has not been achieved within 3 business days of initial contact, order price will be updated and order will be shipped minus the product pending.

International orders will ship via UPS and do not include duties imposed by the buyer’s country.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted for a full refund on regular priced merchandise within 5 business days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered, or washed and with all tags attached. Exchanges are given on items returned within 10 business days. A Return Authorization is needed for all returns.
Please contact customer service via email at customerservice@iambeyond.com or via phone for a return authorization. Once the document is received, please print and enclose it with your return merchandise in an appropriate shipping box or envelope. Return shipping is at customer’s expense. This Return Authorization is only valid for the products listed. Packages without a Return Authorization number CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE will not be accepted and be returned to sender at sender’s expense. Your Return or Exchange may take up to 15 business days to process. Please note: shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
All charity items, accessories, sale items, last chance or orders using a discount code are FINAL SALE and are
