How do I create an account?

You can create an account either before or during your checkout process. To create an account prior or separate from the purchasing process, select Sign In at the top right corner of the Beyond Yoga website. To create an account during your purchase, simply continue with the checkout process. You will receive a page that asks if you want to create an account, sign in with your existing account or checkout as a guest.

If you forgot your beyondyoga.com password, select Sign In and then Forgot your password. You will receive an email that will give you further steps in creating a new password.

Is my information secure on this website?

Beyond Yoga believes in providing a safe and secure experience for all of our online visitors. To that end, we have implemented security measures at beyondyoga.com to protect the information we have collected on the Website. For example, we limit access to your personal information to select employees and others with a valid business need for the information. In addition, we hold our employees responsible for upholding our privacy standards.

We use standard, well accepted data encryption technology when transferring and receiving your personal information. A solid key icon or a locked padlock icon at the lower portion of your Web browser window confirms the site is secured through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Pages requesting personal information should always have one of these icons. How do I use a promotional code?

Visit My Shopping Bag to apply your discount code (coupon codes are not case sensitive) and select apply to add the discount amount instantly. You cannot apply more than one coupon code to your order.

How do I use my store credit?

Any store credits you may have will be viewable in your account. After you have selected your items that you intend to purchase, you will see the option to use your store credit while in the checkout process.

What is my order status?

If you are a registered user, you can check your order status by simply signing into your account and selecting your order. The status of your order will be shown throughout the entire process. Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking information.

If you made a purchase as a guest, please visit the Customer Service page and fill out the form. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I change my order?

There is a limited amount of time that you can update or change your order. You must contact Customer Service within 12 hours of placing an order. Your order cannot be updated once the warehouse begins to process it. If you need any additional assistance, please contact Customer Service.

Can I receive a price adjustment?

If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment. You must request the adjustment within 15 days of the purchase. Please contact Customer Service to request a price adjustment or if you have any questions.

Why was all or part of my order cancelled?

Orders are rarely cancelled. All order shipments are subject to product availability. In the rare occasion that partial or complete orders are cancelled due to inventory shortage, the final price of the order will be adjusted and you will receive a refund for the cancelled items.

Does Beyond Yoga charge sales tax?

At this time, Beyond Yoga only charges sales tax to orders with billing and shipping addresses within California.

What is the Beyond Yoga return policy?

You have 15 days from receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange with beyondyoga.com. Any order that is initiated after the 15 day period will not be accepted for refund or exchange. All sales are final for sale product.

At this time, Beyond Yoga does not offer free return shipping. For your personal protection, we recommend that you choose a shipping option that will allow you to track and insure the products that you are returning. Beyond Yoga is not responsible for any return packages that are lost in transit to our warehouse.

All returned products will be inspected upon receiving the package. If products are not in resalable condition, your return will be denied. Refunds and exchanges may take up to 15 business days. You will be notified once your refund or exchange has been fully processed. All exchange orders are subject to product availability.

How do I return my Beyond Yoga products?

Your happiness is our main priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept returns or exchanges for up to 15 days from the time it arrives on your doorstep. Please follow the below steps to request a return/exchange.

Registered users: As a registered user, you can request a return/exchange by signing into your account and selecting Orders on the left side of the page. Select the Request a Return link to the right of the order you wish to return/exchange and follow the additional steps to complete the process. You will receive an email once your request has been reviewed and authorized. This may take up to 48 hours.

Non-registered users: For guests who do not have a Beyond Yoga account, please visit our Customer Service page. Fill out the form and submit your request for a return/exchange. We will email you as soon as your request has been reviewed and authorized. This may take up to 48 hours.

At this time, beyondyoga.com does not cover the cost of return shipping. All returned products will be inspected upon receiving the package. If products are not in resalable condition, your return will be denied. Refunds and exchanges may take up to 15 business days. This time period allows for 3 to 7 business days for your package to reach our warehouse and roughly 5 to 8 days for processing. You will be notified once your exchange or refund has been fully processed. Once a refund is issued, it can take up to 10 days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Can I return or exchange sale products?

All sale products are final sale. Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted for beyondyoga.com sale items.

I received my Beyond Yoga product as a gift. Can I return or exchange it?

Gift orders are subject to the original return policy. If you are the gift receiver, you will need the order information to proceed and will be able to request an exchange only. Gift cards are not refundable.

I did not purchase this product on beyondyoga.com, may I return through the Website?

Only orders placed on beyondyoga.com will be accepted for a refund or exchange as long as they are within the return policy conditions. Any item purchased at a retail store must be returned through that location according to that store's return policy.

What are my shipping options?

When you shop on beyondyoga.com, your shipping options vary based on your shipping destination and shipping selection during checkout. When shipping to an address within the continental United States, your options include UPS Ground Shipping, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver.

What are the shipping charges for my order?

Beyond Yoga offers free standard shipping on all orders over $100 shipped within the United States (48 states). Orders under $100 are a $7.00 flat rate.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

UPS Free Ground Shipping is offered for orders greater than $100 within the 48 contiguous United States.

When will I receive my order?

If you selected UPS Ground Shipping, it can take up to 9 business days to receive your order. This is because it may take up to 2 business days for Beyond Yoga to process your order. After the processing time, your order will be shipped and may take up to 7 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

You also have the option to select UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air Saver.

Your tracking information will be emailed to you when your order has shipped. You may also retrieve your order status and tracking information in your account. Please be patient as we process your order, as we are doing our best to ensure that purchases made by 12 p.m PST, Monday through Friday are processed the same day.

Will my order ship during the holidays?

Beyond Yoga offices are closed during nationally recognized holidays. Orders placed after 12pm (Pacific Time) on the day prior to the holiday, will not process until the first business day following that holiday.

Nationally recognized holidays include New Year's Eve, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

How do I ship internationally?

Shipping a Beyond Yoga order internationally is easy! Simply enter the international destination for your order while checking out. After your address of choice is entered, your shipping rate will be adjusted.

I placed an international order; will I need to pay taxes or duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your destination country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and you should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Beyond Yoga cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from Beyond Yoga, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Beyond Yoga. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
