3 stalks of celery
1 handful of spinach
1/2 cucumber
1/2 avocado
1 cup of spring water
1 handful of cilantro (and/or parsley)
1 bunch romaine hearts
*optional:
1 pear
1 apple
1 small knob of ginger
1. Wash all ingredients and chop into medium to small pieces
2. Blend until smooth
3. Garnish with extra cilantro or parsley
