Berry Chard Smoothie

Makes 1 large smoothie.

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen strawberries
½ a banana (frozen for an extra thick shake)
1 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla protein powder
2-3 leaves of Swiss chard
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
 

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Serve right away.
