The crisp morning air and changing colors of the leaves invite us to welcome the fall. A great way to cozy up your home or office this season is with the healing practice of aromatherapy. Create a blend of the recommended oils below, or choose your favorite scent and add about 10 drops to an aromatherapy diffuser. Simply take deep, calm breaths and enjoy!
Here are 8 essentials oils to get you in the autumn mood:
Vanilla is commonly blended with pure jojoba oil. This soothing sent helps melt away stress or worries as it calms and comforts emotions.
2. Ylang Ylang
The sweet and warming fragrance of Ylang Ylang offers a wonderful blending partner to Vanilla, as well. This essential oil helps awaken the senses, as it gently warms the heart, calms the mind and lifts the spirit.
This precious and sacred oil has been used since ancient times. Sandalwood encourages a meditative state of mind, allowing you to access your inner wisdom, insights and intuition. Its warming properties help bring harmony and balance to body, mind and spirit.
The warm, spicy scent of Clove makes an exotic blend when diffused with Sweet Orange and Ginger. Clove is a soothing and calming oil that helps promote feelings of coziness, inner warmth and comfort.
