½ Tsp Raw Honey

1 Tbsp Ghee

10 Raw, Soaked Almonds

Pinch of Cinnamon

Pinch of Cardamom

Pinch of Turmeric

Pinch of Black Pepper *optional

Pinch of Ground or Fresh Ginger

1 tbsp Sprouted Brown Rice Protein
